I know they say the only way to get rid of a true fear or phobia,is to bring yourself closer to hat you fear.I went to a doctor many years ago and paid $65.00 for forty five minute sessions,to try to get rid of my bug phobia that I have had since I was very young.It did not work and I could not handle it. To this day my phobia rules every part of my waking hour.It has effected my entire life,where I live,where I go and every minute is spent in fear.A true phobia is extremely hard to get rid of.
