Fifteen years after her death, John Ramsey, father of murdered child beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey, joins Anderson to discuss what he thinks happened to his daughter, how he's coped with losing his wife to ovarian cancer, and how he has found love again.
In a candid and emotional interview, John talks openly about the fateful night that JonBenet was killed, the media circus that followed, and what he's doing to keep his daughter's memory alive.
Plus, meet a mother who has made it her life's mission to track down children of sperm donor #832, to inform them of the donor's genetic aortic heart condition. Are sperm banks asking donors all of the necessary medical questions?

I believe the father was directly involved in JonBenet's death as well as his 22 yr old daughter's (from his previous marriage) death. If one finds their 6 year old daughter dead, strangled with duct tape over her mouth in a secluded area of one's home, one does not immediately remove the tape and pick up the child's corpse to take it upstairs to show everyone there. One would call up the stairs for the detective that was there ( the one he called inexperienced and did not seal off the house as a crime scene). He knew exactly what he was doing and that was deliberately contaminating the crime scene. There are many factors not discussed regarding his 22 yr. old daughter had just revealed to others and therapist about her years of sexual abuse from her father and his friend (including high profile politicians, etc.) when she was a child. She also mentioned many rituals, candles, dark robes ,etc. I'm convinced it was him and Patsy was brainwashed into covering it up for him. Like the neighbors said, how could several of them hear JonBenet's heart wretching scream around midnight but he ,Patsy and Burke did not. I don't buy it. And that DA Hunter was a close friend of his and most certainly stalled and covered up the investigation. I do not feel sympathy for him at all. To bad he had to liquidate all his expensive toys and mansions. Boo Hoo. I'd like to know what happened to his first wife and if she is still alive what she knows about his connection to the pedophil cult so many that know him or investigated him know he is involved intensly with.
I have never felt that anyone in the Ramsey family was guilty of this crime. And why is it that there are folks who are still blaming "factory" workers in "China", etc., for the DNA. It was found in two separate items of clothing and thus that would be impossible. I do fear that the case will never be solved because of the gross ineptitude of the law enforcement community involved in the case. Unfortunately, the officers involved in the case had no expertise to be involved in this kind of case but were headstrong and would not accept qualified help. I also think the perpetrator died in a fire several years ago. How convenient. If he was not the perpetrator I bet he knew who was.
"Anderson, you know as well as I know the MEDIA tried and convicted the Ramsey's. Maybe if they focused more on the facts and less on hysteria the true criminal would have been brought to justice. The media is as GUILTY as the real criminal that did this crime, you should be on your knees apologizing to the Ramsey's and the public that were misled. Time to put this story to rest."
Since we have a significant overpopulation of the Human Species, any genetic or manipulated propagation of our species completely defies reason. There are so many abandoned and adoptable children, rescue them and do not create more of our species by genetic and reproductive manipulation!

All other species, on whom we are dependent are being eradicated, intentionally or by measures out of most people's awareness. We must wake up and once again become simply a part of nature and foster the balance in nature that will allow the survival of all species. Mother nature, our planet depends on this!

I watch John Ramsey's on your show today and I was well please how he had survive all those lies against him and his family. I was one of those who believe without waivering that they did not do it. Authority are the ones we look up to but in the time of your desperation when you call them for help, they sometimes turn out to be your worst enemy. When we have no where to turn, it is the WORD of God we turn to for protection and vindication. It is show like yours we watched and God gives us hope that one day God will move someone heart to reach out to us who are fighting human wickedness without provocation.
This is for John Ramsey. I lived in Ft.Collins when the murder happened. I was one of the 30% that never thought you are Patsey had done it. I also ran a convience store in Boulder and saw 1st hand the homeless population, which was large. They don't work and wander the streets, watching the patterns of people. I have always thought it to be one of them. Also, I worked with a rape crisis center for 8 yrs. in Shreveport. I wonder if the detectives on your case had just gone throught some training on parents killing their children and became overzealous in looking at you. I worked very closely with all police here and saw that happen too many times. Good luck to you and your new wife. I am glad to see you finally have some happiness.
I am a mother who lost a child. I feel greatly for anyone who has gone through this. I lost my daughter to cancer and was able to spend some very much appreciated quality time with my daughter before she passed away. My heart goes out to those who lost a child unexpectedly, whether in an accident or by a violent act.

I lived in Boulder, CO at the time of JonBenet's death. Sadly the locals almost all agreed that Dad was molesting her and Mom swung a baseball bat at him and missed and killed JonBenet.
Talk about living in denial. It's totally OBVIOUS that the little girl was killed by her mother. What is with the deniers who try to cover it up?
The supposed "DNA" evidence that clears the family is a farce. It's trace skin cell DNA that could be from a cop or a factory worker in China. What a joke if not for the fact the little girl was murdered.

The truth will come out eventually, I don't believe that anybody in this family had anything to do with the death of this little girl. I think it was a sexual deviant who attended the beauty pagents. Unfortunately the crime scene was contaminated and it will be one of those mysteries that will be solved some years down the line. God bless this family they have been through hell and back.

How shameful Patsy refused to confess before she died! And how you can tarnish your child's memory by continuing to cover up...ok, it happened. It was an accident and you all were horrified. The only reason this became such an issue was the child beauty pageants and the news value of that. The idea that the solution to this grisly crime was secondary to all the press garbage made a mockery of our justice system. The whole incident was sickening. Yes, I know that reporters have a job to do and yet, they wouldn't have one if we stopped buying into all the hype and sensationalism. I cannot imagine the harm that was done to this poor family and as any cancer patient knows, stress only accelerates the disease. There were two victims but so many more as well. I find it all so sad. Unfortunately, there are all kinds of theories and evil in this world, more than we can ever imagine. I never believed that any family member had anything to do with this. As for the ransom amount, having worked in corporations a lot of years, those amounts are not a secret, at least not as much as others would want us to believe.
