Was Anderson aware that the divorce attorney and her business partner were married and the dirty divorce she was in was with him?

Sure. I would only get married if there were no wedding. Marriages are never 50/50. Just enjoy your marriage for what it is. If youre expecting things from your partner that are unrealistic your only causing your own pain.

Would never sign a prenup. I believe you are setting yourself up for Failure in your marriage. If you are that fearful that your marriage will not last don't enter into it. When we get married we become ONE. Marriage is not business deal. It is a UNION between a man and a woman. Why would anyone look at what would happen if it did not work. If you are looking at what would happen, you are clearing not ready for marriage.

I would like to hear more of what Erin B. has to say about fracting. With poisoned water supplies and more and more disturbances what will it take to get the states to take action. Being originally from Youngstown, Ohio I am hearing about the earthquakes and how folks are tricked into letting drilling take place on their land. The Graduate, back in 1967, said it all. Plastics will kill us because it contaminates and won't break down. Soooo, we have these land fills and when we've added enough crap, we cover it over and make it into ball fields, thereby contaminating those who do sports there. KD

My husband will be taking over his father's companies someday. Prior to our marriage, I brought up a prenup and said we should have one. My husband thought it was silly. I am fully aware that marriages can come to an end, and that sometimes anger can get the best of me. I love my husband very much, but divorce can be emotional and I wanted to insure that I didn't do something to his family's legacy out of anger if divorce was in our future. Our prenup states that I will not have any part of the businesses, and since they aren't mine, I'm okay with that.

Prenups have a place. Love is emotional, but in life we need to be practical and aware that things happen.

Hey Anderson and team,

Love your show! I PVR it often and can't wait to watch Madonna this week.

However, it worries me when a plastic surgery is mentioned as a trend. We've been discussing a similar procedure here in Canada after a woman was declared legally blind after a cosmetic eye surgery. It's tricky to recommend surgeries without giving space to a professional opinion on the same show.

Here is the link to the story:

Take care,
Veronica

My husband and I are married for almost ten years. We fight almost everyday. The funny part is neither one of us wants the house, the cars, the business... We both want just the kids, and told the other person can have verything else.

Dear Anderson,
You've been DUPED! That couple that claimed their 50 year old house was ruined by seismic thumper trucks have pulled the wool over your eyes. We have lived on our dairy farm in upstate NY for 50 years and have been thumped at least four times since we have been here. Our house was built in the 1850's, sits maybe 25' from a very busy hi-way, and has never suffered any cracks or damage other than shaking windows from those thumper trucks, Regular 18 wheelers do the same thing. The gas companies are trying to open the Marcellus shale here in upstate, and the State has a moratorium on it until their guidelines are approved. I'll tell you one thing, we as retired dairy farmers are going to lose our land to outrageous taxes if the gas leases don't go forward, and there are a lot of people against drilling, especially those downstate, because we have most of your water sources, and they are afraid the drilling is going to ruin the water. Untrue, it can be done safely, why would anyone want to ruin the water that we all need. You've opened a can of worms, I feel for those folks, but I doubt that anything but poor construction ruined their house. I have the utmost respect for Erin Brockovitch, but I think she needs to do more research on this problem.
Thanks for listening, Julie Moore

I wish the guys in my relationships would have brought up a prenup. At least that would have been more honest. Just let me know what is important to you instead of stringing me along...instead of giving me mumbled answers, while taking my little money. Being honest gives me the freedom to make my decision. And I would decide I don't like your prenup.

Having been thru a divorce 35 years ago, I would definitely have a pre-nup before remarrying nowadays. However, what I never hear addressed is a person's HEALTH. If I were even considering remarriage, not only would I insist on FINANCIAL transparency (with FULL disclosure on both our parts of ALL assets and debts), but also I would insist that we each get have FULL medical exams and get clean bills of health before remarrying...or at least be made aware of potential medical issues due to family history or personal lifestyle, so we could make educated decisions on whether we wanted to put ourselves in the possible position of ending up as caretakers, rather than full partners, to our spouses.

I would have liked to have heard the other side of the story in regards to the prenup/divorce situation. Elizabeth Petrakis said that she went to a lawyer 15 times during her marriage, this seems strange to me, why the focus on the prenup? Why not concentrate on the marriage? I am for prenups, but in this case, the judge threw it out, even though she signed the prenup after consulting a lawyer and going against his advice. Something just doesnt add up here to me. Now Ms Petrakis is giving out prenup advice? Why would anyone want her advice, she did everything wrong! Anderson, I really like you and your show, but surely you can get better examples and guests than this!

The lawyer you had on the show said he felt the prenup should have been honored since it was a binding contract. What is the marriage, a joke? It is also a binding contract.

@ Brenda -- Failed relationships suck, breakups hurt. I've never had enough money or property to worry about a prenup and I suspect that's true about most of the inhabitants of our planet.

I am watching your show with Erin Brokovich. She made a comment that We should take charge on our own and call, call, call if we do not get a good answer. I have to tell you. We have a known fuel leak into our water here in the city of Carson, Ca. I have repeatedly called the city, the state, my local water co and even tried to contact ERIN BROKOVICH. I never heard from her and to this day 1 year later, I am still not getting the answer I deserve. The water in my home often smells funky. According to the water company this is normal bacteria. WTH! Perhaps our issue here in Carson is not big enough for Ms. Brokovich or her office to get involved.
