Hi,
i would like to know if there is any way to contact stephanie madoff mack.
the reason for that is because i decide to open my mouth and to reveal my Ex father in-law ponzi scam in the real estate industry.
this scam is currently running and there are more then 100 investors that are worth nothing, banks that being frauded, money that being laundred and a lot more...

due to the tight situation in regards to that, i will have to write as less as posibble.

my thoughts to speak to stephanie madoff mack is because i would like to have her help/guide or any advice of how and what should i do that will take this ponzi scam down the fastest way with the least damages to the investors.

more than that, i can say that due to the fact the my ex wife is part of it, there are several signs that show her attempts to spread the country with my kids. so my first priority is to make sure my kids are ok.

hope to hear from you guys back the sooner the better.

With respect.

It's terrible that people lost everything with Bernie Madoff but to expect/want/feel they deserve money or payback from Stephanie (and her children) is ridiculous. Stephanie is not responsible for the decisions these people made to invest with Bernie and she is definately not to blame for how he took advantage of these people. Why would she pay for something she didn't do?

This woman has endured more than most ever could (and by zero fault of her own) and has done it with amazing strength. I have to say I deeply admire her for it. She's keeping her precious children first and their needs. How sad that she seems to be the only one in the family that is concerned about and determined to honor and clear her husbands name and restore his good character that was incorrectly and viciously destroyed by media that would only report what was salacious, even if it wasn't the truth. They hounded a man until he broke and couldn't take any more. Such a tragedy that an innocent man would be pushed to that brink and leave behind 4 beautiful children he worshipped and a wife he adored. I pray for your family and you, Stephanie. That you will feel peace and joy in this life abundantly and find love again. You write in the book that you were continually telling Audrey that she would never see her daddy again, and I believe that is false. By the grace and forgiveness that only Jesus Christ can give, you will all see each other again in Heaven. I pray that Mark is there, finally at peace, anxiously awaiting when you will all be together again as a family. -Touched by her sorrow, Jesus assured her: “Your brother will rise.” When she indicated her faith in a future resurrection, Jesus plainly told her: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.”—John 11:20-25. This life is but a blink of an eye in terms of eternity. He should not be seen as dead in your past, but as alive in your future and your children's future to be reunited again. God bless you <3

She changed her last name to Mack to get away from the Madoff connection. but why is it that she still uses it like a middle name in the book, as in Stephanie Madoff Mack. Isn't that inconsistent with the purpose of changing her name in the first place?

I was very sad to hear how the investors in the last segment laid blame and judgement on Stephanie. I'm sorry for their loss and hardship. But they are ignoring that she was a victim too. She's lost more than money, just like the investor who lost her husband. She didn't take anyone's money, her husband was just working hard to provide a good life for his family and he trusted his father. Who can blame him for that? Her book is her voice, and more importantly, Mark's voice. She can be genuinely empathetic without paying back the victims herself. This was not her crime. No one but Mark knows what he actually knew or didn't know. He is not guilty until proven innocent, and regardless, he paid the ultimate price, and his wife and children will never feel whole again. Bernie did this, and he is dealing with the consequences. His family should be left alone. If you think their books are a money grab, don't buy them. Let's act like adults, instead of this childish blaming behavior.

Stephanie, if you read this, hold your head high and raise your children well. That is the legacy you can leave. I respect that you are not stooping to the level of petty insulting behavior, and admire the courage you have displayed in speaking out! Though you and your family will always miss Mark, in time you will be able to let the good memories live on and the bad ones will fade. The nightmares and images will lessen, they really will. But it takes time. I wish you the best in your journey forward!

Short and sweet comment: The investors invested in Bernie Madoff company not their sons' company. Blame Bernie Madoff for all he has done. The children are being blamed for the mess Bernie left behind. Think people! Go after the person who destroyed your lives. They are as much as victim as you are.

l'm so disappointed at Stephanie, why did she turn her phone off after talking to her husband knowing that he was worried about an issue which he has emailed and text him about? lf they were in a good place in their marriage like she said, she would have been worried about him knowing that she was so many miles away from him, and that he could go to a place she will not want him to(depressed). She knows he has attempted suicide once over this same issue, where is her loyalty? lf you ask me, she was going to divorce him, that is why she left.l wish l could look her in the eyes and ask her that. She is now making money off him, by being a Madoff. Why didn't she take the "Madoff" name off entirely. She wants to profit off the name. If you ask me, she just now wants to make money by selling her book. Do you think she would have come on the show if she didn't have a book to promote? Think about that.

I was in the audience at this show and had a very close view of Stephanie. She was thin, pretty, and seemed to be a very good actress. She cried during the show but would laugh and joke about makeup with the audience members near the stage. Whether she knew about the scandal or not, we'll never know, but the interesting thing is that she kept talking about how she wanted to change her name, but right there on her book cover has the name Madoff. Also, in her book, on the second page, she talks about her signature SoHo loft and included in the picture gallery were numerous photos of various places most of us only dream about: St. Barths, Key West, Nantucket, France, and Seychelles. She probably feels sorry that she no longer has the extravagant life she used to live, thus the title: The End of Normal.

I don't see how Stephanie Madoff Mack is in any way responsible for the debts of her father or mother in law.
My sister was a drug addict and preyed on older people for her drug money. I was a teacher married to a carpenter living a very normal middle class life.
I was investigated several times by the police to see if I was involved in any way in my sister's crimes. I wasn't and was cleared completely. Should I have to pay those families back for the money my sister stole from their older relatives? No. Should anyone related to Bernie & Ruth Madoff have to pay people back with their own money? No.

Regarding the statement one of the victims made on checking out your investment firm or individual -Not all her statements were accurate - A hedge fund manager or a hedge fund is not registered with the NASD as would a Registered Investment Advisor or Securities Firm. This is the electronic age you can't ask for the stock certificate - physical stock certificates are virtually non-existent. Securities, both stocks as well as bonds are bought, sold and settle electronically thru various clearing houses. All any investor gets is a statement of their transactions. SPIC - like FDIC- has at maximum amount of funds it guarantees - $500,000. An investor should be aware of that fact before investing more than the maximum coverage in one account. The best advise given was - Don't put all your money with one investor. My advise - read the account documents before you sign and open an account and do not give total discertion to your broker or advisor.

Stephanie Madoff was dealt a tough hand in the card game of life. I feel sorry for her and the children.I think her husband, for years, probably had an inkling that his father was dishonest in his business. Any smart stocks trader would know that Bernie Madoff could not sustain year after year the gains his clients were shown to have made on their investment statements. The sons probably had questions but were shut down by Bernie. So they shut their eyes and went a different direction and opened up their own company~and put it out of their mind. The thing I don't understand is why Stephanie left to go to Florida without Mark. Why she left an emotionally unstable man in charge of her baby son. And why when he needed her help...sending that email, knowing that her baby was with him, TURNED HER PHONE OFF!! That is what troubled me the most. Why didn't she call her brother or father to go over there right away becuz Mark was having a hard time. And it looked a little like she was acting her way along in the show...I have seen her on 2 other shows doing the same thing...same everything...it looked like she was acting yesterday. And the victims of Madoff~thinking that they should get the proceeds from her book---WAKE UP PEOPLE---SHE IS A VICTIM , OF SORTS, TOO---AND NO YOU DON'T GET TO CLAIM HER MONEY---IT WILL GO TO RAISE HER 2 CHILDREN WHO DO NOT HAVE THEIR FATHER!You all made a choice to invest, no one made you do it. You should have had an inkling when you saw such HUGE returns on your statements---did you investigate? Its not all your fault but you have to take some responsibility for the decision you made to invest with Bernie Madoff.

Shame on you Anderson Cooper and your Executive Producers!!

You bring on Stephanie Madoff and parade around her "feel sorry for me" story to help her sell books and then allow the real victims of this story (the people that lost their life savings) all of 3 minutes on your show?

Shame on you! I will not ever watch your program again!

I read Stephanie's book and I cried. I really feel sorry for her and her deceased husband. There is not one shred of doubt in my mind that they had no idea what Bernie was doing. I am not so sure about Ruth Madoff, but the sons I am hundred percent sure did not know. I felt like the audience did not believe Stephanie and that made me really sad for her and her children. I also totally disagree that any money she makes should go to the victims, in my opinion she is just as much as a victim as anyone else. To think she knew and would have her parents invest is just ludicrous.
