I am glad to see so many people writing about the horrid remarks spoken regarding the General's wife on your Tuesday show. I can't believe you all did not have the gut reaction immediately to not say the things you all did on this show. How rude, childish and mean. I feel that Anderson Cooper needs to make amends to her and all women.

I just watched your show and was extremely offended by the remark that your executive producer made regarding the appearance of the wife of General Petraus. He made fun of her on national television. As if she did not have enough to deal with, having been a loyal army wife for many years, and now some smart ass decides to make her a brunt of a joke? I thought you were better than that Anderson!
Shame on him and shame on you for letting him do it! It goes to show that because she was not attractive enough, she needed a makeover. Would the have been said if she had been a man? I think not!
I saw your show on Tuesday, 11/13/12. I don't appreciate your assistant (male person)that I mentioned about his personal disgust with Mr. Petraeus's wife's personal look. He and any your co-host that agreed that she needs a makeover are ignorant prejudice people. I am sure Mrs. Pertraeous is at peace with herself and like's her look. I sure she can afford of a new hair style if she wants it. Shame of your staff members for blaming and attacking the victim (Mrs. Petraeus). Your cohost and your male assistant needs a brain makeover and stop being bullies. This is typical bully behavior, which is ironic.
I watched part of the show today for the first time. After hearing the comment made about Mrs Petraus hair style it probably will be my last time to watch. That remark was totally rude and uncalled for. An apology is in order. Shame on you Anderson!!
I agree with the comments below. Comments on Mrs Patraeus's hair style was extremely rude and should never have been allowed. There is nothing wrong with being a lady that wants to be natural in appearance. Some people have more important things to do with their time and money.
Anderson I love you and your shows but this crossed a line and I think an appology is in order.
Horrible show today! First of all I couldn't care less about Madonna. I don't care to see her perform or to hear about her. Next that supposedly innocent girl who got snapped while she flashed on Spring Break deserved what she got. No sympathy for her. What was a 14-year old doing on Spring Break anyway?
Your producer should be ashamed of himself for ripping on Mrs. Petraeus. Isn't she going through enough already? Anderson should have smacked him down. It was an ignorant thing to say blaming Mrs. Petraeus for her husband's cheating. Petraeus is no Leonardo Di Caprio! He's a short, balding, homely middle-aged guy desperately searching for the fountain of youth with some married bimbo who just wanted media attention. Why isn't your producer criticizing her?
Next time I hear Anderson complain about someone getting bullied because of their appearance I might not believe he is sincere. His inconsistency is troubling.
Starting to see why the show has been canceled.
When I heard that the young girl was only 14 when the Girls Gone Wild used her photo on their video, the first thing I thought of is "Can they be prosecuted for child pornography?"
i just watched your show today. i cryed alot. as this happened to me in the 70's. the police would not help me even when my nose was on the side of my face. not many would believe me because like most all abusers he was charming to everyone else. and yes i did try to get out, i moved over 40 times. finally i moved to a larger city where the police would take action. there's so many of us out here. its sad and women need to be very carefull. i pray this doesnt happen to another women but it will because evil is out there.so sad. thanks anderson alice kase

I was atttempting to e-mail you earlier, when I was stunned to learn your show was being cancelled.
I liked you, and your show had a journalistic background, and your show educated viewers.
I feel your show was "cancelled" because you did not have celebrities who were hawking a book, or your show was not a tabloid heavy show, but a mix of several topics.
You also interacted with your audience, which is sorely lacking in other shows.
I sincerely hope your show will be picked up by another sponsor.

Can't wait to me you Mr. Cooper and be on the show Tuesday. I want to share my story and give other women who are still trapped in an abused relationship hope, to let them know that their not alone, it's not their fault and help is out there, resources are available. All they need to do is to take that first step towards freedom. I survived, and they can too.
