I'm sorry but this dating coach thing is one of the funniest and saddest things I've ever seen. Be yourself. If someone doesn't like you for who you are, then they are not the right person for you. Faking your way into trying to get someone to be with you is not only unfair to the person you're doing it to, but unfair to you as well. It shows that as a man (or woman) that you don't have enough confidence to hit it off with someone by simply being yourself and being genuine. As a woman, okay...you may not be 6 foot tall and ripped, but nothing is more UNattractive than someone that doesn't have confidence! When you lie and put on an act you're eventually going to get caught and then NO one is going to want you. Stop paying some love guru for advice and just be yourself! Not all women are naive and are going to fall for pick-up lines like that. You're likely to wind up in trouble by trying it on the wrong woman and getting cussed the "you know what" out..or being confronted by her angry boyfriend. The fact that these classes teach males how to hit on "easy" women just shows that these men are afraid of women who are smart, confident and believe in themselves. If you want to attract a good woman, be yourself. If she doesn't want you for that or turns her nose up to you, then guess what, she is not the right woman for you. But for the most part, no one likes games or fake people.
As I was watching the Dating Controvesy, I did not think that the men on the show deseved all the negative light for what they do. I do believe that some men needs help with thier confidence and speaking with women, just like some women need help with their self-esteem and finding a male companion. Also in the show it seemed as it was the men fault why these women was sleeping with them. As a women you control who you give your cookies to. So if you're giving out your cookies on the second date and feel bad about that then that is your fault. Unless this man has drugged you or raped you you are in control of who you have intercourse with. Period. If these men are using silly sayings to pull these women and the women are falling for it then they are the Stupid ones and should chuck it up to a lesson learn and move on. If this keeps happening to you as a women then you need to re-evaluate yourself and not blame these men because you fell for someone telling you they like your style or that they can talk to you all day. True people say that everyone should just be honest, but seriously no one is honest when they meet someone. That's Reality.

I am young for my age but you'd probably say old. I got taken by guy on a dating service. I guess I was going thru a lonely time and he talked to me on the computer and I just about was pouring out my whole life to him. I just started this dating service and the first guys wanted to go home and have sex! and as I was writing to this guy and saying we're not a match a much younger guy appeared, I couldn't understand why he was there because he was much younger than I was looking for. He said here is phone number and e-mail, email me. We became close but I was cautious, then one day I thought the UPS man was knocking at my door and there this guy from the dating service was standing there! I was speechless. I didn't know what to do so I said lets go hiking up the hills in my neighborhood. We got a little close - to make a long story short he slept over, later on saying I need to talk to you about what we've been talking to on the computer and I need a warm body to sleep next to, it sounded good, I thought I had a friend for life - I really thought that : ( I don't believe people lie when Im talking to them. I can't understand it. Anyways now I am quite sad. NOW I realize this guy who was adorable is going from girl to girl! an NOW Im scared of ? everything.
Call me naive, but this is me and I am older this guy was 30 years younger. Its kind of like a mind (hate to use the word) but mind/emotion rape. I was getting happy having fun with him and then he left. I think he was e-mailing others besides me, also. He was the 2nd one I contacted on joining this site.

For professionals who are so busy to find the right people to date, the dating service can bring total happiness in their lives by making sure they have met the right singles as they might be looking for, more so from their own professions, so that they can be compatible all of a sudden. Such dating service makes them forget the time they have lost from the art of dating.

Most of these women would not talk to these guys if they didn't have these lines. The good doctor is basing her opinion on being a woman not as a professional or an expert. Women should not only take these classes as well but they should me the men that have to attend them. Men that are semi-attractive to attractive but are actually good people and some quite interesting have very little confidence in their life because the way that most treat them. And it is a proven fact that most women will not give a man attention if he doesn't approach with confidence. Women that complain that there are no good men are the same woman that put the good guys in the friend zone.
My friend doesn't wash his jean but every 2-3 weeks.
No talking in the world will make him wash them more ofter.
He thinks washing them wears them out.

I am a woman, and I personally applaud the guy who runs the dating service. Reminds me of the movie "Hitch". Whether looking for casual sex or a relationship, men have to get past the first step and typically are complete idiots trying to do so, even if they happen to be nice guys. SOMEONE needs to help them so they at least have a chance. As for women, c'mon, you aren't getting tricked. No matter how suave the guy is, if you sleep with him the first night and expect a relationship you're kidding yourself anyway, and I think the majority of women know this.
I just wanted to post a comment on the guy who teaches other men how to get what they want. It's not that I agree with what the gentleman is doing, but I don't think he should be beaten up so much by the audience and the other members of the panel. There are so many women out in the world that do the exact same thing to use men as a piece of meat.

I think the dating service issue is being blown out of proportion. We are discussing adult situation here where both parties have to make decision, no one is a victim unless victimized.
Let the social inept men who will pay this guy money for tired pick up lines go ahead and pay him but don't collective label the women they approach as gullible sheep who will fall for that. Women need to up their standards and be accountable for their decisions on the men they date.
Whether men pay for information on how to get a woman in bed in 24 hrs or stumble upon it in a bar, gym, man cave or anywhere else, the women still have to make the decision to let them in.

I am commenting on the washing jeans that was a funny topic within the first 15. I wear my jeans, rotating pairs for 1-2 weeks. When I wash them, I let them sit in a "Bluette" solution, first, then I turn them inside out, zip/button up everything and wash them in cold water with Tide Total Care and immediately pull them when wash is complete to hang them, pinned from the waist, to dry naturally. My jeans are a big deal and to make them form to my body and lifestyle, I keep them non-washed for about 2 weeks, maybe one week, wearing them 2-4x at least (unless they get dirty, of course.) This works for me, they're gorgeous and they stay in "NEW FORM" by doing this.
I think this new dating service that is available in the USA (I live in Canada) is very disturbing to me. I think a one night stand is degrading, men would not be happy if the shoe was on the other foot!!
