First, love you shows, Anderson ~ Please, please, please no more Janine "The Human Lie Detector" Driver!?! She's obnoxiously arrogant, loud and often times, wrong. We've taken to switching channels whenever she shows up on (way too many) shows - she's like the Sylvia Browne of human psychology; a fraud.

As if those with a brain disease and those who are "just" depressed don't have enough to deal with. Let's allow our co-host platform for discrimination.

Stigma, unemployment [something like 65% for those (diagnosed) with bipolar disorder], pain, frustration, confusion, dangerous drug effects (such as obesity) and the attitude reflected today, adversely affect all of us.

Your co-host today suggested that some weirdo on a video and with poor judgment, was "off his meds."

Can you see how wrong this is?

Do you understand that 25 percent of the population are diagnosed as depressed (which often disguises more serious brain diseases) each year? By the way, we don't have a "mental illnesses." Our mental faculties are just fine, thank you. I still excel at logic. I have a high IQ and I have done quite well--especially when you consider where I came from.

I do have brain chemicals that don't function as most other people. I also have genes who predispose me to this. In addition, childhood stressors, such as abandonment and violence, two rapes and other circumstances outside of my control, have literally changed not only my brain chemistry but my genes.

If I am the same as other people with bipolar (II) disorder who have been studied, major parts of my brain have shrunk--making me further susceptible to more extremes in terms of behavior and mental health. My family has a documented history of suicide and suicide attempts. Okay, I get it. Most of you "normal" (or not yet diagnosed) consider me "crazy." I've experienced this so often.

Meanwhile, I've done all I can to overcome these issues and not become a "burden to society." Often, I've done this despite poor advice from doctors. So far, I've mostly been successful. But I constantly struggle. Many of us are not so fortunate.

As a former journalist, I implore you to right this wrong. We need many, many for forums for discussion and education so ignorance doesn'tPrevial. This is important to our survival (literally, just look at bipolar suicide rates).

Since Katrina, I recognized your commitment to justice and journalistic ethics. Please demonstrate this commitment in your portrayal of mental disease.

I buy almost everything except food and clothing from online auctions. .Most people aren't aware of the almost unbelievable deals that they can get from online auction sites. Ther site that has best deals is http://savebang.com

and I checked with the Better Business Bureau and was told that it is all legitHow they can sell gift

cards, laptops, cameras, and all kinds of goodies that we all want for 50-90% off, I don't know. I do

know that I bought my son an iPad there for less than $100 and my husband a $250 Loews gift

cards for $48.Why would I even think about shopping anyplace else?
