Second wife or second husband or both (second wife and second husband...). Well, we can marry with everyone everywhere if I just continue on the way I started.... It must be some reason to be, the way it is. .... so, everyone have sex with everyone and we are back in the "stone times"...

Sure, my husband can add a wife...just as soon as our divorce is final.
You can try and justify this sinful lifestyle but it is wrong. the children will be raised confused and disorientated. Marriage was put into place by God not governments for a reason and that was so Children could grow up with a sound basis of a society and moral issue. This show just shows how low mankind is stooping to have immoral sex.
Why a third wife? Why not a second husband? Think of all the handywork that would get done. No more nagging.
why is polygamy ALWAYS one man with several wives?? Why can't it ever be one woman with several husbands????
Years ago, I would have said 'Absolutely, No!", but, as I age I think that the human animal evolves and maybe a sister wife might be fun. Would have to think about it and the situation at that time.
It would be so nice if my husband and I (of seven years) could find a nice lady to become part of our family. The reason why I've always been interested in plural marriage is not only because there is Bibical insight behind it, but also because if anything were to happen to me I would be comfortable in knowing that my three young daughters would be with a mother that could take care of them the way I want them to be taken care of, and also, I will have been familiar with this woman in the sense that my husband wouldn't be marrying someone that my children are unfamiliar with.
Probably if it was just me, I would prefer to be a wife in a polygamist family. I am married to an absolutely wonderful man and I would do anything to ensure his happiness. If he came to me and asked me this and I thought it was in his best interest, I would certainly consider it. However, I know that it would be to difficult for him to have more demands on his time and would likely make him unhappy in the long run. I must say this, I think it is a completely legitimate lifestyle choice and should be legalized. Personally, I would rather see a child raised in a polygamist family than a single parent family.
I just don't understand why these women don't feel that they are enough for a husband. How do you condone your husband screwing around on you while you knit and take care of the 5 kids you already have? One wife and five kids should keep this guy pretty busy. All I saw was two women without self esteem and a man who is more than ready to take advantage. Why should he have his cake and eat it to?

I have been watching the show. There are statistics tossed out by the persons saying polyamory is the way to go; that divorce happens in something like 52% of marriages. Wondered how many poly relationships make it? I know how difficult being married to one person can be, to have to be flexible and deal with differences. Cannot imagine having to change what is going on and decisions with yet another person in the mix. And who is to say, #1 woman in relationship isn't going to get jealous of #2, #2, or? This whole situation sounds like someone's fantasy; everyone lives happily ever after. What about getting along in real life? It just increases the number of problems coming up. I can't see it.
