I took your test. It surprised me a little bit because I expected to be very low. I scored a 43. I barely made the average rank. My biggest problem is I constantly hold my anger in and then I dwell on it for many days after the incident.
Yesterday I was riding in a car with a stranger. He started running down President Obama, I finally jumped in and told him that support President Obama, then he started running down Gay people. I have gay friends and I am witnessing a Gay marriage in July. I told them that I supported equal rights. He had his wife get his bible and had her read parts of the bible in which God says that a man cannot lay with another man, a woman cannot lay with another woman. If you do it is an abomination and a sin. I got out my kindle and started reading to him that God does not judge. Our God is a loving God etc... he then told me that I don't educate myself or I would know the truth and that my bible is the old Testament. He told me that I am uneducated so many times that I can't count them. He had an agree with me or you aren't smart enough to even have the conversation. I didn't yell like he was yelling at me. Since this happened I have been dwelling on it. I felt like I had to defend my friends even though they weren't there. Then when he started name calling I told him that I read all of the time. So here I sit dwelling on it. Thanks for the Anger test Anderson.

At this point in my life I am so "Easily irritated".
I took the test. I got a 17. I have great doses of compassion. I avoid conflict. I live in a rural community. I have two dogs. Issues that still make me angry, now mostly make me sad. (environment, homophobia, animal and spousal abuse, shallow people) Love the show Anderson, but I sincerely think you are working too much. You need to stop and smell the roses dude. And wear sunglasses.

The questions asked can be answered differently depending on what your thinking about at the time. I don't feel this is an accurate measuremeant of anger. I scored 55 and my girlfriend scored a 47. At times my friends call me an extreme hot head !! :) Example .... If i'm driving on a street which is marked 45 and the driver in front for no good reason is doing 30 I want to run him or her off the road. Or atleast pull up next to them and scream whats your problem the gas petal is on the right lol.
I am average temperment.. id be pretty kool n calm if it wasn't for stupid people n ther stupid drama.. I'm fine as long as they stay away

QUESTION...is there a way to "assess" the questions to know "how to interept" what areas we need to focus on or where to get help? Like example the doctor gave about someone obsessing and holding things in, etc.

After taking this test i found out what I thought about myself was just the opposite. My number was "65 easily irritated" which, Though it would be lower because I am always talking about how I don't want stress in my life. I was very surprised at my number.
