Al Roker's Smoothie Recipe

"Today" show co-anchor Al Roker shared his delicious and healthy smoothie recipe. Check it out!
Smoothie Ingredients:
Protein powder
8-oz. vanilla almond milk
4 - 6 oz. frozen berries mix (strawberries and blueberries)
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
Blend together and enjoy!

This isnt a great way to start your day...It has no protein. If youre going to have a shake like this, add some high quality protein powder to help fill you up. Otherwise, youre just getting sugar from the berries
I do not wear a bicycle helmet (or snow ski helmet) either and get comments as you, Anderson. Besides looking goofy, I am hard headed is my excuse. Was shot once in the head when I walked in to a store that was being robbed. Even if I had been "packing", did not have the chance to defend myself so my ideas on alot of things may be different.
