I have used hynpnosis to conquer a good many things throughout my life. I am so grateful to have found this tool at any early age.

It can work on ANYTHING, yes, even anorexia.

For those naysayers that just don't think it works, let me ask you: How do you think you form your habits? One possible way- Maybe some you trusted or liked told you that they liked something--or did not--many years ago. You probably don't remember that incident but you still hold that belief, many years later. However, if YOU really researched that topic you might come out of that research with a different opinion.

Hypnosis uses that tendency--to form new habits or beliefs quickly by putting you in a very heightened state of relaxation or suggestibility.

Very high achievers of all sorts--world-class athletes and the like use this resource.

If you do not want to use this tool just because your are narrow-minded-it is your loss, BIG time!

I am a believer. In 1960... I had my 3rd child using hypnosis. It works. My Dr. started working with me when I was about 5 months pregnant. He taught me how to relax and remember what he had told me to think about, from the time I walked into the hospital until the baby was born. My baby was bigger than the first 2 and my labor was less than 3 hours. I would love to be able to relax like that now.

Oh come on!! That girl was so obviously an actress it annoyed me beyond words. And obviously not a good actress given how badly she performed.
I love Anderson, and expected him or his co-host to call it out..but sadly he didn't.
Ugh. That was seriously hard to watch!

I sort of agree with Anderson that "Hypnotism is a power of suggestion", but I was once hypnotized within a group of people where the hypnotist made us feel very relaxed and than suggested we do a bunch of funny things, which we all did!! I'm not sure if I was hypnotized or I just went along for the fun of it!! Anderson should at least try it before he thinks it doesn't work!! I'll help him if he needs coaxing!! LOL!

I was amazed at the results I saw on the show. I have a 10 year old grandson that won't walk down semi dark hallway without an escort. How can I help him cure this phobia. Joyce.
