Anderson, There is no one any better to get you rid of the skepticism that you have regarding hypnosis than Paul McKenna,
and your recent program suggested to me (the viewer) that you were putting this down because of your feelings!!
I was a skeptic as well, and the reason for it was that in my younger years I entertained and met many hypnotists that turned me off to what they were doing.
In 2011, by chance (and after giving up on the dieting world) I decided that at my age (almost 69) I was going to stop dieting and enjoy the rest of my life. I was satisfied with this decision.
But, Paul McKenna appeared on a local TV show and got my attention. The results after listening to him and doing his I CAN MAKE YOU THIN program has helped me lose 86 pounds or more to date and this was by reading his book and listening to the one on one Hypnotic CD enclosed with the book.
When I listened for the first time, I listened with my sceptical mind and said to myself okay Mr. McKenna do your thing.
Well Paul McKenna changed my life around and is still doing just that, with every day since.
So Anderson, how about being less skeptical, and opening your mind to the wonderful work Paul is doing here in the U.S.

If it's possible to hypnotize someone into performing physically 50% better (as seen with the personal trainer) what would prevent say, a Superbowl team from hiring a hypnotist from walking into the dressing room prior to the game and hypnotizing the whole team, all individually for a 50% improvement in passing/receiving/blocking?? etc. etc.
I have had fear of elevators all my life. I truly felt for that young lady. I am 82 and I do make myself go on elevators but I waited a year to be on the ground floor of the condo I live in just so I wouldn't have to use them much.
