Frugal Friday Tips: How to Bargain at a Flea Market

For today's Frugal Friday tips, interior designer Bob Richter from "Market Warriors" appeared on the show to share his expertise on how to bargain at a flea market. Richter says there's no need to get nervous when attempting to haggle with a seller because "that's what people have been doing at flea market for years!"

Here are his top three tips on how to successfully bargain with a seller.
