Hilton's Delicious Granola Recipe

Last weekend our executive producer Terence went to the wedding of his husband's cousin Barbara at the Hilton Singer Island and had this amazing granola. He had to find out the recipe, so he could share with all our "Anderson Live" viewers! Enjoy!

Hilton’s Granola Recipe

Ingredients:
814.2g oats, kettle hearty
317.5g honey
227g cashews, raw, large pieces (not whole)
181g sunflower oil
113g almonds, blanched, sliced
91g sunflower kernels, raw
204g pumpkin seeds, raw
147 light brown sugar
68g maple syrup
45g flax seeds
8g salt
4.5g cinnamon, ground
1.1g ginger, ground

Time:
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 35-45 minutes
Cool time: 60 minutes

Step One:
Preheat oven
Convention 135 degrees Celsius (low fan), Conventional 148.9 degrees Celsius
Whisk together wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients and combine.

Step Two:
Spread loosely on sprayed sheet pans
Place in oven for 35-45 minutes

Step Three:
Remove from oven and cool for 60 minutes
Break into large pieces and serve in serving vessel.

Storage:
- Store in covered container, labeled and dated at room temperature
- Use within 74 hours
- After use by date, product must be discarded, never used.

Note:

Follow all storage, handing, holding time and temperature requirements set by the local health department and Hilton Worldwide.

Cook and prep times are approximate and may vary by location and equipment. Always ensure proper internal temperature is achieved.
