Easy, At-Home Resistance Training
Jorge Cruise, fitness expert and author of "Belly Fat Cure," reveals a simple way to exercise at home with resistance training.
Cruise says the way to burn fat is through resistance training, rather than cardio exercise. "Cardio is great, but it's for your heart. Resistance training keeps fat at bay and you can continue to burn fat throughout the day."
