Hello Anderson,

I watched your show at the beginning of the year about weight loss and watching how many grams of sugar you eat. The person you had on the show suggested to eat 15 grams of sugar a day and you will lose weight.

I was un-sure about this but thought I would give it a try. I thought 15 grams of sugar is alot until I started reading the labels. I was in aww. Almost everything has sugar how would I do this. I have failed at every diet that I was on. I sat down and thought it over and decided I can do this.

I started this on January 4, 2013 and as of January 28th I have lost over 15 pounds. I have more energy and I am feeling great. My goad is to lose 35 pounds and I am half way there.

Thank you so much for this information. I tell all my friends about this. I will tell you, it is not the easiest diet to be on, but it has worked the best for me.
