He also talks about how he balances the demands of work with family life with wife Jennifer Garner and their three kids.

Nancy has SUCH a great attitude, energy, and spirit. She's hilarious, ready to crack a joke at everything. She fills in every quiet pause or geeky gap Anderson leaves behind, which is her job as a co-host! A fabulous one all around.
