Here are examples of a creative Halloween treat!

Here is the recipe for the bloody eyeballs (pictured next to the mummy dogs).

Ingredients:
1 (15- to 20-ounce) can peeled lychees (about 20)
20 large blueberries
Strawberry Jam
Red food coloring

Directions:
Drain lychees. Fill hole with strawberry jam.
Place a blueberry into the hole of each lychee.
Using a latex glove to protect your hand put a tiny dab of red food coloring to emphasize the effect. The lychee will pick up the red dye in a "veiny" way due to the natural creases in the fruit.
Serve on their own or as a cocktail garnish.
