'The First 15' with Howie Mandel

Co-host Howie Mandel joined "Anderson Live" on Wednesday's show, and discussed trending new stories with Anderson, including the Utah woman who whipped out a portable potty for her toddler twins in the middle of a restaurant, and a mom who was caught driving on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for a school bus full of children. She was eventually pulled over and ticketed.
