I'm looking forward to seeing your new set and the start of your 2nd season, of Anderson Live. However, I really liked the back drop of your original set. It had a beautiful view. I wish somehow they both could be incorporated.

Regarding sleep problem. Start a mental gratitude list, starting with the letter "A". List all things like "air (clean)"; "automobile"(maybe that it is paid for); "accountant-I have an honest one)",etc; go on to "B" and think of things to be grateful for like "bank-(have healthy bank account);"basketball, baseball(enjoy playing or watching): "C" challenge(can meet and process challenges, easily) etc. I think you get the idea. After some practice, I am asleep by the time I get to "E" or "F". And it puts your mind in a positive state for a more restful sleep! Good luck and let me know if this works for you.. I have a couple of other tools that I have used, too.
