Anderson to 'Human Barbie': 'You're Dreadful'
Sarah Burge, who reportedly spent over $500,000 on plastic surgery and calls herself the “Human Barbie,” gave her now 8-year-old daughter "plastic surgery vouchers" on her 7th birthday, and encouraged her teenaged daughter to get Botox.
After asking Burge about why she’d encourage her daughter to get plastic surgery and why photos of her daughter on a stripper pole were released to the press, Anderson felt she was only seeking publicity, and said, “I honestly have nothing more to talk to you about.”
He added, “I try to be really polite to all my guests. I think you’re dreadful and I honestly don’t want to talk to you anymore.”
Burge tells Anderson the media is "brutal," and justifies giving her 8-year-old daughter a voucher for plastic surgery when she turns 18, and allowing her 15-year-old to receive Botox injections in her forehead.
Anderson also asks her to explain the photos of her 8-year-old daughter on a stripper pole, and points out, "It doesn't just happen to wind up in the paper, you contact the British tabloids, you contact the papers and let them know about this stuff."
Burge, who holds the Guinness World Record for undergoing the most plastic surgeries, allowed her 15-year-old daughter to receive Botox.
‘I regret having her on in the first place,” says Anderson after he cut his interview short with Sarah Burge, who holds the Guinness World Record for undergoing the most plastic surgeries. Anderson added, “And I regret how things ended.”

Yep.
This poor woman looks dreaful.
Its really a sad thing for a human being to want to look like a doll in the first place. Something has to be missing up stairs the elevator stops in between. Next she pulls her daughters into this plastic surgery mess this is wrong the message is you will be pretty with plastic surgery but right now you are not pretty, This lady needs help mental help and I willing to belive she don
Hi, Anderson: Everybody's entitled to a bad day and today you let yourself get away with yourself when you asked a guest to leave. You were raised to always be a gentleman and your behavior 99.99% of the time on TV clearly demonstrates the results of your good breeding. If you asked the lady to be on your show, regardless of the outcome, she was there as your guest. A host never asks a guest to leave in front of other guests. At the very least, the offending guest is taken aside, shown the door and not chastised in front of other guests. All the people in your audience are ostensibly your guests also. Hence, you really were required by the rules of common courtesy to thank your guest for coming and end the interview more politely than you did without demeaning her or yourself. Though difficult sometimes, we must always try to maintain the best of attitudes under the most trying circumstances. Ask your mom.
I'll bet he would have reacted totally different if it was a 'Human Ken.'
While I don't condone the enormous amount of surgery done since her facial repair, the first 30 surgeries were absolutely necessary (see http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/surgery-ad...). The picture of her after her beating is truly horrific, and leaves me stunned once again by what one person can do to another. However, all the surgery in the world cannot provide a sense of self-worth, and conveying via plastic surgery vouchers to her daughters that their only value is via their looks is a horrible message.
$500,000 on plastic surgery and she looks like that? Wow.
She should definitely get the most horrible mother of the lifetime award.
Anderson is 100% right on this!
She is one crazy whore.
Giving your daughter a voucher so she can undergo a "tax free" plastic surgery when she turns 18 is saying that her daughter looks ugly right now. She isn't ugly and no other child is ugly.
btw.. she looks NOTHING like barbie. Check out "Valeria Lukyanova" She honestly comes closer to what a barbie would look like.
i don't know if any of you realize but this woman is wanting to tell her daughter that she doesn't look good enough as she is. she's wanting to change her daughter and post pictures of her daughter on a stripper pole. how can any of you be hating on Anderson? he did nothing wrong. and im a woman myself. if that were me i would've done what Steve wilkos would do, i would've thrown that woman off the stage. she has absolutely no parenting skills, and no sense to be making proper judgments. if she wants to change herself then fine, but don't make decisions for your child. And Anderson being gay has nothing to do with this, he's a human being and a man, he thinks like any other man, its 2012 people, grow some sense. this isn't the old days anymore, what if your child or your sibling was gay or bisexual, should the world hate them too for something they cant control?
I love Andersn Cooper and respect his work. I had seen this same guest on Dr. Phil about a year ago. I was preparred to dislike her immediately because of the touchy subject. I do not remember forming an opinion on her 'questionable' judgement regarding her child(ren). What I DO remember was that her face had been COMPLETELY DESTROYED by a violent domestic attack - she almost died and was HORRIBLY DISFIGURED for years. I admired all she went through on her journey to become 'normal looking'again. I remember thinking that I probably would have given up. She didn't. She survived. And is thriving....
First of all, I would love to see a "before" picture of her because from what I can see, she should get her $500,000 back.
Second, Kudo's to Anderson!! The mom is bringing up her daughters to only feel they are worthy as long as they are "perfect". He definitely did the right thing by ending the interview. She is using her daughters as a publicity stunt because she obviousely hasn't received the publicity she desired by "attempting" to be a human barbie. She looks nothing like a barbie doll.
I also loved your show Anderson.
Haha maybe if you didn't treat guests like u treat ur closet buddies you'd still have a show....
He doesn't "understand" Barbie's parenting practices, but he "understands" sitting on his boyfriend's penis. Great journalist, but twisted morality.
This coming from a guy who sucks ****.
