I used to drink 12 RC bottles a day and eat 2 pounds of M&M's, breaking that habit was hard
now my worst habit is not being able to say no to people, they are always taking advantage of me, they jerk me around and steal my things
I have an addiction to pepsi myself, but not to the degree the lady did on your show. Now, I need to try that ice cream !! Another habit on the way...
I would like to see the full episode simple steps to change bad habits. please!!!:-)
Jus*****ched the show - the woman who drinks 6-10 cans of Pepsi a day. I used to try 2 2-liter bottles a day (about 138 ounces a day). That's just above what she said she drank.
Quitting wasn't easy - I spent a week drinking 1/2 caffeinated and 1/2 caffeine-free. Then a week totally caffeine-free. Then I was done. That was over three years ago. I haven't touched ANY soda since.
I tell my family that I'm the Queen of procrastination and will have my coronation as soon as I get around to it. How do I break my habit of procrastination?
I drink 6to 10 cans of pepsi a day but I dislike water, can't drink milk and hate coffee and tea and too much juice is not good for you either. I stopped smoking and chocolate and most sweet things. Do I have a habit?
I find your show very enlighting and informative. In my little corner of rural country; I find it interesting that city folk have lost the art and skills of kniting, quilting, crocheting, gardening canning and freezing--- to name a few. All the new talk is; reuse, recycle, repair; I been doing that all my life to survive.City folk come out to country to purchase home-made jellies, jams, sweet and dill pickles, banana bread in a jar, and green tomatoe salsa, to name a few. They go to farmers markets to purchase fresh fruits and vegatables. I find it funny, they love the end products, but are not interested in learning how to do any of work that goes into the end product.
It's planting season soon, so--sorry to say I can'*****ch tv during summer. Usually outside from 7am to sundown. Now nothing against city folk, they have their ways and are good people. I just wonder who would be doing the old crafts, if no one willing to learn?
I use to drink a lot of pepsi daily. Now I have diabetes. I think it is the result of excessive amounts of soda and sweets.
I plan to read the book about changing habits.
Love your show!
