If You Think You're Being Deceived in a Relationship...
After hearing from women who were in relationships with deceptive men like the Craigslist Killer and the DC Sniper, psychopathologist Sandra Brown offers advice for people who think they are being deceived in their relationship.
Her best advice? "Trust your gut," Sandra says. "At some point… they get the red flag. It may not be on the first date, it may not be the first month, but people tend to minimize and rename those instincts... and red flags they have gotten."

I'm watching your show about being deceived in a relationship today from Canada. I am grateful you've brought this very serious issue to light. I am also a survivor of a dangerous man who was not criminally convicted of his monstrous acts that continues to violate others. I am a big fan of Sandra L Brown and hope to see her invited back to discuss in more detail what she has helped me with-- healing from the aftermath of a pathological relationship and how to spot a dangerous man before getting involved. Don't pre chew this heavy topic Anderson. Many women around the world need this brought out in the open. Our voices have been silenced for too long. Mel Pilon, Canada
I applaud you for having Sandra on your show-however, a show with her explaining the damage and devastation of having ANY relationship with a psychopath would be much better received. I belong to several groups of people recovering from just such relationships. We suffer from PTSD, anxiety, depression and even autoimmune diseases from being covertly exposed to their pathology. I cannot stress enough how valuable education on your show in this area is.
