i would like something that DR. BREUS WROTE ABOUT SLEEPING DISORDER
Please send me your newsletter, I could use all the help I can possibly get!
So, say you've tried all of that and more and still have the worst insomnia, chronic, and severe. Yes, that is me! I know that every thing the doctor said is very true. Still, I can't break out of this very hurtful way that has become my life. Again, all he says is very true and helpful, unless your me I guess.
I would like to know where Dr. Breus is located. I hardly ever get into a deep sleep. I am in REM most of the time when I do sleep. I wake up all night long. Sometimes as much as every 15 - 20 min. I take 45 mg of restoril every night and it takes several hours if then to even feel sleeply.
There is so much information out now about getting at least 7-9 hrs. of sleep a night. I sometimes only get 1 1/2 hrs. I have been this way for years. I have discussed it with my doctor and she says if I am not tired all day and sleepy, then what I get is enough. I just don't agree.
I really would like to know why I cannot sleep. Even days when I am up at 6:00m, and very active all, I am not sleepy.
I NEED HELP!!! I wish Dr. Breus would Help me. I need a real professional to find out why I can not sleep at night.
Thank you,
Phyllis
I TOO HAVE A SLEEPING DISORDER HOWEVER NEVER BEEN DIANOSED BY A DR. I SLEEP EVERY OTHER DAY, UP 24/7,THEN SLEEP OR NAP DURING THE DAY THE NEXT NIGHT, WILL AVERAGE 3-4 HOURS. I AM BESIDE MYSELF SO TIRED ALL THE TIME. IT HAS AFFECTED MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMIY. GOOD SHOW THANK YOU
I came in on the last few minutes of the sleep disorder segment but I am interested to find out more about sleep abnormality's because I have extreme sleep deprivation. I usually sleep about 2-3 hrs. a night and I'm always exhausted. I've also gained about 70lbs. in the last 3yrs. since this all started.
Excellent show regarding sleep disorders. Great to see something that might help with sleep problems other than going for a sleep apnea test
