First of all why is George Zimmerman carrying a gun? If he is doing community patrolling according to the manual no one is supposed to use deadly force on anyone. Second he was told by the dispatcher not to follow the young man yet he followed Trayvon in his SUV. Third his comments in the 911 call had very racist attitudes towards African-Americans. When they finally face each other it seems to me that a frightened Trayvon who is being accosted by Zimmerman asks him why he is following him. Trayvon probably sees that Zimmerman has a gun and tries to get the gun away from Zimmerman. If Zimmerman got hit and punched it was because Trayvon feared for his life and was trying to defend himself. Zimmerman freaks out goes for his gun shoots and kills Trayvon Martin.
This is truly a horrific tragedy. This law in Sanford needs to be changed. The more people take up arms and carry weapons the more killings like this will occur.
And how do you know Martin DIDN'T start the fight? The facts we have are that he was at least winning it with ease. Another trick CNN and the rest of the controlled media is using is showing a 4 year-old picture of Martin to make him look like a helpless little kid: at the time of his death, Martin was a 6'3" athlete; Zimmerman, on the other hand, was about 5 feet tall & out of shape. Furthermore, consider the general atmosphere: it was a gated community that had suffered numerous break-ins & robberies by just the sort of hooded "youth" that Martin at least looked like. It's said he'd been watching a ball game on tv when he went to the store. Why didn't he rush straight back, instead of loitering around in a neighborhood where he was apparently a stranger?
Does anyone ever stop to think that Trayvon had NO idea who this guy was (a 250 lb. man following him), he had NO obligation to answer to this man, the man was NOT a cop - and according to the phone call witness (the girl friend), that man accosted him and Trayvon asked WHY are you following me? Then there was a scuffle. Can ANY of you honestly say you would just stand there and let some big stranger follow you, and push you, and you wouldn't fight back? I'm an older female and I would fight like hell. He's lucky all he got was a broken nose! Trayvon died because of this fool trying to be the big man.
The father does an impressive job of contradicting his earlier testimony that it wasn't Trayvon's voice calling for help. The facts are these: eyewitnesses said Martin attacked Zimmerman, not the other way around; Zimmerman had grass stains on his back and a cut on the back of his head, bostering witness testimony that Martin was on top of him when he got waxed. Case closed to any fair-minded, sane people - which of course excludes the "African-American" mobs that inevitably gather after incidents like this. They don't give a damn if the killing was justified or not; all they know is a brutha got killed by a non-black - and they won't be satisfied by anything but his head on a pole. Naturally, the leftist controlled media eagerly throws gas on the fires of black hatred: it suits their Frankfurt School Social Marxist agenda of constantly stirring the racial cauldron.
