I think that Bethenny Frankel is a very attractive woman with a good fitness level. No idea who she is other than this tiny clip but I think there is a lot of misguided anger displayed in the comments here, which is unnecessary.
I remember coaches and teachers saying: "happiness is a byproduct of accomplishment so, you can never be happy until you accomplish something". It makes so much sense as I get older and see people so unhappy and toxic to another person. We should all want the best for each other and help each other become the most and best that we are capable of being. The most and best anyone can ever be or accomplish is to be your authentic self. Take a step in that direction. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Break the cycle incrementally, notice the good in people and acknowledge it in them as well as yourself. Perform random deeds of kindness and senseless acts of beauty and pretty soon we will have heaven on earth
