“You are so sweet. If you could have seen me last night after a 16-hour day when I got home and I fell into a puddle of tears and was like, ‘I can’t.’ The truth is, during the week I am incredibly diligent about what I eat. I try to just eat energy food; a lot of protein and little carbs. I take a lot of fish oil and I eat a lot of salmon. My skin is under duress because I'm always under lights and makeup, so I try to do facial scrubs and I try to work out as much as I can, and sometimes it’s four days a week and sometimes it’s two days a week.”
