Sienna's Thoughts on Growing Up with Primordial Dwarfism
Primordial twin Sienna's situation is atypical, in that while she is smaller in stature than most people, and her limbs are still proportional to her body, unlike other types of dwarfs. She also grew up with a twin sister who is not a primordial dwarf, making her situation even more complex.
So how does Sienna describe her appearance to other people?
"I just try to explain it really slowly and easily to people to try to make it clearer," Sienna says. "Sometimes they don't understand what I am trying to say or something, so they ask my twin sister."
Sienna is used to people looking at her curiously, but it does not make her live her life any less joyfully.
For those who try to stomp on her happiness or make her feel bad, Sienna has a message.
"I want them to know if they see a little person, they should be happy with who they are and just deal with it," Sienna says.

Having taught many students with special needs, I can assure the parents that Sienna will be able to safely learn to drive. We at the Gary Knepler Driving School and at the Diagnostic Driving Evaluation Center (locations in Florida and Connecticut) have had extensive successful drive education experiences with special needs drivers. One of our instructors is a "little person". Again, Please advise the parents that their daughter should be able to drive. They may call me for a free consult at 203-650-1017.
What annoys me is it seems the average sized twin is not treated the same. I mean the mother wrote a book and named it after her sister. I feel like all the attention is going to the little one.
That like sea, just a little scare.By the way find beautiful girls and handsome men on "whiteblacksingles.c"om
I own and direct the Gary Knepler Driving School and the Diagnostic Driving Evaluation Center with locations in Connecticut and Florida. We service (since 1956) novice drivers, corporate driver improvement programs, driver evaluations and driver instruction/rehab for people with special needs. We have helped many "little people" learn to drive safely and have an instructor who is a "little person" who once appeared on John Quinones' program.. Sienna should not have any problems with driving. The parents may call me with any questions at 203-650-1017.
At last! A show I could watch that wasn't sensationalized. So many of your shows have been on the edge of maury povich/jerry springer lately...ie., the teens being trained to perform exorcisms-they were sooooo fake! I was interested in this-Sierra and Sienna's family as they seemed without the craziness so many of your recent guests possess.
WHY are you focusing on the crazies? I delete your show so often withou*****ching it. I was so hopeful for quality television from Anderson Cooper.
I really enjoyed watching this beautiful family and the girls are so sweet Thankyou Anderson for always having such an awsome and informative show I Love you and your show.
your avid watcher and Fan,

As I watched the show today, I was taken aback by how much the parents are enabling Sienna. She is a young woman who wants to be treated normally, but her mom won't let her cook, won't let her stand on stepstool, etc. As long as the parents (as well as her sister) treat her like a child, she will remain that way. She should be challenged every single day. It just seems that the parents are making alot of excuses. I certainly didn't hear much in regards to what she can do, just what she can't do.
