WELLS FARGO WAS BAILED OUT WITH BILLIONS OF GOVERNMENT MONEY...
Now they are turning their backs on the small town of Shickshinny, PA. A town who has been devastated by flooding from hurricane Lee. Shickshinny is a town that has been devastated by a historical flood in September 2011. As this small town does not have any protection from the beautiful Susquehanna River, it has been almost completely destroyed. Wells Fargo has decided not to return to the town and is in the process of tearing down this beautiful historic building. They claim it is structurely unsound, but not one person believes this, they want to make the area a green park with an atm on. Our Senator Lisa Baker and Representative Karen Boback have written letters to the president of the Northeast PA Wells Fargo President. To no avail, He won't budge He is adamant that they are tearing down the building. We have had many news stories on the situation. If they don't wish to return to the small town of Shickshinny then they should turn the building over to the town, or a non profit organization!!
If we would get some national news it might help!! During our Protest at the bank site in Shickshinny, some one mentioned we need Anderson Cooper!!!
Hope you can help!!

Any interest in investigating the plight of widowed women in Africa, terrorism of women and children in Africa in cases of orphanage abuse, religion battles, or the 'real' look into their survival? Interest in investigating drug trafficking in Africa, recruitment strategies, and it's effects on outlying countries as well as Africa?

Stop illegal EULA and software licensing.

In the guise of preventing piracy, it's a thinly veiled attempt at ensuring a recurrent revenue stream.

this is illegal - a violation of fair use, quiet enjoyment, right to work and so many consumer protection laws I can't even begin to describe... if you wiki Fair Use you'll see a few examples...

I've been developing products since the first PC in 1982 - did adapters for the "new" color graphics adapters. I saw where this was going.

Check out Fenwick's site on Software Licensing (google marketturd - see the link why I like dongles)

This isn't a simple case of DRM - Check out what Quincy Jones' relative stated in reference to Vernor vs Autodesk. Unfortunately it was overturned... by two Reagan era appointees.

I'm using their software to invent my intellectual property. Once they require I contact them if I change my hard drive (usually done as part of disaster recovery) I then need to engage them to access my data - my IP.

All in all, large companies are usually not restricted like this - just ask any geek about Microsoft's Enterprise programs.

This is a violation of antitrust, Clayton act, Sherman act, etc... it's a form of an adhesion contract. Anderson should know what this means.

"... Unconscionable; they are so unfair to
the weaker party that a Court will refuse to enforce them"

To me it seems to me to construe a partnership - if I cannot replace or repair an unrelated item (in reference to the SW vendor) on my workstation without fear of breaking some sort of copy protection, then it seems to me they are now my partner. So if I design a bridge using their software that collapses do they really want to be a partner?

Their EULA's are so one sided - again an adhesion contract.

There ya go Mr Cooper - something that affects anyone using computer software.

Sorry for any typos' - I still have work to do.
