Matt Damon's Update on Ben: His 'Hetero-Lifemate'
In an unseen clip from Anderson's taping with the cast of "We Bought a Zoo," Matt Damon is asked by an audience member about his relationship with Ben Affleck.
"He's my hetero-lifemate," jokes Matt.
"Do you still get together?"
"Whenever we can. He lives in L.A., unfortunately," says Matt. "I keep trying to get him to move to NYC. But he's got two young kids and another one on the way, so, he's just as busy as I am. And he's directing now -- which, as Cameron (Crowe) can tell you, requires more time and energy than acting"
Matt continues, "We finally realized, in this last year, that working together will be our best chance of seeing each other. We have a company together and have a couple projects we’re trying to get going, so we can just end up on a movie set and hang out."
