Wendie Malick's Diet Tips
The "Anderson" audience acknowledges that the three visiting "Hot in Cleveland" stars look beautiful, but she was curious about what kind of diet and exercise routine Wendie Malick follows.
"I am a huge believer… in exercise because I love the endorphins, quite frankly," Wendie says. "I'm so hooked on moving my body, and the older I get the more I realize I need to keep doing it."
Wendie is also a big advocate of Pilates, which she says helps strengthen her core and posture.
When it comes to her diet, Wendie says she has given up sugar completely and sticks mostly to vegetables and "stuff that is fresh from the ground." Wendie does crave her protein, but says she is a strict pescatarian and eats "nothing with eyelashes or lips."
