"Anderson" hosted several guests who shared their stories of plastic surgery gone horribly wrong. After hearing so many horror stories, many people may be discouraged to go forward with plastic surgery they’ve considering.
But Dr. Andrew Jacono, an expert on the show, says that not all plastic surgery has to end as a nightmare -- so long as the surgery recipient is careful and thoughtful in their pursuit of a surgeon.
"What I think is the most important take-home message of everything we discussed today on the show is that you really need to be your own best advocate," Dr. Jacono cautioned. "You have to be an educated consumer."
