‘Brussels with Hustle’ Recipe
Introduction
“Who wants to spend ages prepping sprouts when there’s so much going on? Not me,” says Jamie. “This kind of recipe is exactly the reason why I love my food processor. You just rattle the sprouts through and get them into a pan with gorgeous flavors. Done.”
Ingredients
• 500g Brussels sprouts
• Olive oil
• A large knob of butter
• 4 smoked streaky bacon rashers, finely sliced
• 2 sage sprigs, leaves picked
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
Method
1. Push the sprouts through the fine slicing attachment of a food processor, then fill the bowl with water.
2. Add a good drizzle of olive oil and the butter to a large pan over a medium heat. Add the bacon, sage and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 5–10 minutes, or until lovely and crisp.
3. Drain the sprouts, add to the pan and turn the heat up – it doesn’t matter if they’re still a bit wet, that will help them steam. Fry for 10 minutes or till soft. Add a splash of water if needed.
4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, toss it all together then turn the heat off. Add the garlic – you really want that hum of raw garlic – then give it another good stir and serve straight away.

Finally had a chance to catch up a little....I liked your Thanksgiving show with Jamie Oliver. I'm going to try some of those recipes, they look good. It's fun to try new things. He's a hoot to watch - so full of energy. The touching moments with some of the viewers was very nice also.
I would like to have the recipe for the turkey stuffing...don't see it here.
Especially interested in the clementine - where could one find it

Heart warming to see your Thanksgiving show. Saw another one this week where they gave the audience a bunch of "stuff". I was glad that you focused on making real changes for real people

Love the show, Anderson Cooper is great. I really enjoyed Jamie Oliver. Anderson Cooper daytime will be around for a long time.
Love it!
GREAT SHOW but how do I print a copy of the recipes? Happily giving thanks for Anderson Cooper and Jamie Oliver. Didn't have time to make Jamie's recipes but if I can figure out how to print them out - Christmas will be spectacular!!!
Love to watch Anderson Cooper's show daily if I can. I'm a food professional and food PR specialist. I can help you make your website more consumer friendly when you have consumer info downloadable.
Most consumers do not understand metric measures recipes have to show both measurements. I've worked with many international companies to interpret their information for the U.S. no food professional.
Great show and I love Anderson's Style as do many of my friends.

why don't you have a way to print recipes that all that add verbage prints
I love your show and really enjoyed the recipe for brussel sprouts & bacon and will try it tomorrow.
Love your show when your Mother comes on....what a class lady!
Are you living in the firehouse yet? Hope you show it again when the remodel is complete.
I love Anderson Cooper. My husband and I were just commenting on how "down to earth" and "caring" he is in spite of such a privileged lifestyle!! Your eccentric Mom did a great job!!
So......you can't cook. I have girlfriends that can't cook and they were never spoiled -- just never interested.
Anderson's gift is what he is doing.
Can't seem to find the recipe for the Turkey.
Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the turkey! Wish your mother from us too!
[Anderson Cooper is a spoilt brat! You need one of those English butler to look after you! Cook, serve, make you wear your coat and boot or what ever! You totally do not seem domesticated. Your best bet is an English butler!]
Jamie I didn't get the recipe for the turkey
How can I print these recipes from today's show with Jamie Oliver?
I am looking for the recipe for the turkey, with the clementine. I missed how it was used in the recipe. Thank you
