Wendy Kramer, who created and runs DonorSiblingRegistry.com, says that sperm banks are a completely unregulated industry.

“They don't keep accurate records for how many kids are born for one donor,” says Wendy. “So we have large sibling groups going up to 150.”

Wendy continues to tell Anderson, “Only 20-40% report their live births back to a sperm bank. So when they say they know of five, that might be only 20 to 40%.”
