I don't think you should eat pancakes instead of cereal; pancakes are quite fattening and cereal does have added vitamins.

I save used dryer sheets. After I have about 3 of them, I throw them in a load of cloths to be dryed. There is always enough to get one more use.
I have been a CVS customer since 2006 and although it used to be bargain to shop there, now CVS has increased the prices to make up for the extra-bucks, extra care card and other sale gimmicks. Bottom line is that customers have to educate themselves or be taken for a ride. This caveat applies to all stores.
