Toni Braxton Is Dating in L.A. and 'Playing in the Snow'

"Braxton Family Values" star Toni Braxton recently moved back to Los Angeles and says it’s "kind of cool" to be single there.

"So you're dating and stuff," says Anderson?

"Kind of" says Braxton. "Sprinkles of dating." Braxton says she's beginning to "play in the snow,' -- meaning, dating a Caucasian.
