Dr. Ro's Healthy Makeover Recipes

Meatloaf Recipe:
1 lb. Lean ground turkey that’s no more than 8 grams fat/serving or 1 lb. lean ground sirloin (8-10% fat vs. 15-20% fat for ground chuck or the more than 22% lean ground beef)
1 C raw oats
1/4 C chopped bell pepper
1/4 chopped onion
1 TBS chopped or minced garlic
1 half-cup Tomato sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Teriyaki Sauce
Dash Sea Salt
1 Tsp ground black Pepper
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients, form into loaf, bake in ungreased baking pan for 45 minutes. Bon appetit!
