Personally, I don't think the girls will be successful in rehab---especially the younger one.
I don't think they have hit rock bottom and I don't think they have suffered to get their drugs enough.
They both look healthy and fashionable. One of them had on a ring with what looked like diamonds in.
They say they take up to 40 pills a day and that they are $15-$20 per pill.
Between the 2 of them that's up to $1200-$1800 a day or $8,400-$12,60...0 a week!
They are not getting on average, $10,000 a week by panhandling or stealing and if they were that addicted and having to struggle to find $10,000 or more a week for drugs they would not look as healthy as they do.

And I don't think the mom will be much help in getting or keeping them clean.
I got the feeling she was more concerned about HER daughters being addicts than her DAUGHTERS being addicts if you know what I mean. I think for her, it's more about how their drug use affects her much more than what is is really doing to the girls.

They made it clear that they are distanced from the mother and that they don 't even feel like they are a real part of the family with the step-father and 1/2 brother.
That may have even been the cause of their addiction----partly to help the pain of not feeling loved and part of the family and partly to get attention to get their mom to focus on them and partly to hurt and punish her for not loving them and/or being there for them.

I hope they do get well, but I don't see it happening and if they go back home, I see the addiction continuing to a very bad end---death or forced withdrawal through prison.
