I have a ? please...... Clark Howard mentions a mattress outlet on the show airing today 12/16/11. What was the name of the outlet? He said it was in the midwest.

I agree with Howard, "all" answers is correct. I only buy these products(paper) at Walmart or Walgreen's with a coupon and they are on sale. My youngest son when he was just a child made a comment one time said "his Mom only buys when she has a coupon and it is on sale"!
This is pretty much the truth with some exceptions!

I am so happy..for your new show. we watch it ever day..mom and I. she is 83 and adores your mom since they were both a lot younger. I love you even more for having her on so often. Keep her coming back. She's been around a long time and can teach us a thing or two!! She has great input. Of course, I continue to watch you at night. Now we are happy to share you with the day time folks. Incidently,I could probably attest to your frugal tips. I am a profession in that catagory. I hate to waste.One tip..I NEVER buy trash bags..I just use the ones I get at all the store. Why on earth should anyone buy something they are going to put in the trash?

I do not usually watch T.V. but saw your show about swabbing personal items and was impressed. I have watched a few times since. For information-an article titled Safe at Home in the current issue of Nutrition Action Health Letter covers areas in the home swabbed for bacteria and e coli and interesting results found. You might find this interesting. Also one of the most comprehensive books on pollutants in our environment is "Survive: A Family Guide to Thriving in a Toxic World." I refer to this often.
