Love you both. I was teaching school when you first appeared on Whittle Communications Channel One. You were very young but I thought that you did a fantastic job and it was a rewarding experience for my students to have the program in the classroom.
Love watching 360... now.

Ms. Vanderbilt, Your time on Anderson gave me hope. Never in my life had I even considered suicide or my life any other fashion, until I learned that my son was totally addicted to oxycotin. I felt so totally hopeless, helpless and ready to surrender. A few days later I saw your interview on Anderson, saying "you will smile again, you will laugh again, you will love again". Although we are not to that point, I feel as though if the choice my son makes is to not live, I will go on. Just know what an impact you have made on my life.

I enjoyed your interview with your mother on the show. She seems like a very interesting person and it definitely sounded like she had a sad life as a young lady. As well as the fact that she lost her other son, Carter, and you lost your big brother. Although, I have never been through anything like that I am certain it would be one of those things that would be hard to get over.

Have enjoyed all the episodes with your Mother. Have always admired her will. Have worn her clothes and always liked them. As a Grandmother Of ( ??) I understand her as I have the same life only without the financial support. Keep up giving us these shows we can relate to. LOL

Anderson ..Miss Gloria I believe I met you Miss Gloria in 1983 at Tara ..Georgia home of Burt Reynolds. Miss Loni Anderson was your hostess.

Miss Loni had just set up a bedroom for you with all new furniture. I washed and made the bed. She asked me to help you unpack and you said you liked to do it for yourself.
If Im remembing correctly please let me know. Jim Neigbors was there with Burt.

Love, life, inspiration, fortitude, sincere, beauty, eternal, encouraging....

I finally was able to watch this episode on my laptop, and the tears that came to me as your Mom spoke about her life, love, children, experiences, losses, were so very touching. Gloria Vanderbilt is an example of true love of all beings and things - I feel fortunate that you shared her with us. She has taught you so well and you are a living example of her. She is right, we are all here to see each other through....

I would love to meet her if only for a few minutes.......
